New PR! They are done ceasing operations. No money to even

file their financial disclosure statement which means delisting.  If you want to sell to take the loss you should do it before they are delisted.  It appears that Imagin never met the ...more

I think the tech ends up getting developed by Ralpha but as a new company formed when the assets of the public Imagin end up going to the people they owe money to which is Ralpha who also are running ...more

I think they said they are out of money this month

so it sould hit the fan soon.  I almost guarantee they have made little or no progress again. In my opinion.

imo.  They appear to have made no progress with the FDA that we know about and time has to be running out the money sure is all in my opinion.

Recent filing says they borrowed $ to last until July!

They borrowed money 3/31/23 to last them the next 4 months which I assume means they are out of money at the end of July.  If these guys have not been able to even get close to selling their blue ...more

If you can get 10c consider yourself lucky! They are not even close to FDA approval in my opinion since I am aware of no application.  I dont think they even have a finalized device they can use ...more
