I usually see downward moves in stock like with IME today before very bad news.  My guess is they missed a "milestone" for the new financiers/bondholders and will lose funding.  On the bright side this would clear the path for the financiers to own the company and the current employees (2?) should be hired on as consultants if a bankruptcy is finalized. Just an opinion folks but drops in share price like this are usually not good for common stock holders!

I'm afraid you are correct this company is at an Dead End and the Directors are just using the $$$$$ that they recently received to pay their salaries ( unearned)  I hope that the employees take over so we can really know what has been going on and what the future holds Unfortunately I assume it's nothing because if this device was so great and life-saving we would've heard
