split to increase the share price! As I said it almost never works because the companies that do them are losers and everybody knows they are essentially done.  I think the management and new tech owners will do just fine when they finally go bankrupt and dump those shareholders! Just try to contact them! The company is dead hence no PRs or promotion.  In my opinion.
