Not seeing any traffic on this, forgot all about holding this stock until I seen a gain on it today.

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / February 4, 2021 / IONIC Brands Corp. (CSE:IONC)(FSE:IB3)(OTC PINK:IONKF) ("IONIC BRANDS" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it is undertaking a non-brokered private placement of up to 52,631,579 units (the "Units") at a price of CDN$0.19 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to approximately CDN$10,000,000 (the "Offering"). Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company (a "Share") and one Share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional Share at a price of CDN$0.30 per Share, for a period of five years from the date of issuance.

I saw this too and am trying to figure out what's going on. There was a 1 to 6 share consolidation announced a few weeks back. Is that what drove the price up ? I am showing huge gains on this right now so would love to sell but iTRADE has it restricted. This makes me suspicious ... can anyone confirm this is the price and nothing has changed with the amount of shares outstanding ...more

I honestly have no idea what is going on with this. I bought at $0.13 a year or so ago, it dropped down to $0.01 shortly after that so I could have sold my 850 shares for $2. I decided to just hold it as I couldn't lose any more. Was going to sell it for $20 this morning to throw into $GTE and seen the price had blown up. Curious as well about what is going on.
