Not sure it will drive the stock, but it might make larger companies sit up and examine the potential of the patent, which would be longer term value .. like takeover, so some other corporate arrangement. imo

One mistake in today's NR, the mention of the previous 5 patents, which gives this new one very little value. I thought this wad the first patent. Imagine already 5 previous patents and the stock is worth less than 0.30. So this new patent is worth???
