Yes news to push it past $0.25 for warrant exercise - do you know the strike price of these warrants issued to him?

Does not matter, his will not come into effect with those 0.25 in early November. And as far as him getting free stuff, I don't agree with that formula, all those big names should be paid on performance, the impacts from the hire time are measurable, they should not be handed millions of free shares based on their names.
