RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:HOW See there you go.Thank you for sharing something I hadn't looked at yet. I just started looking into this past week. At this price I don't know if that's enough shenanigans to deter me much , but these things are good to know as patterns in behaviour form. Of course I'm sure this isn't your only holdings. We've all been victims of some shenanigans we didn't like (pp at what we consider too low under market and the dillution etc) from too many companies. Not defending what I do not yet know , but it's things I've come to expect. To me it is the extent and regularity at which they go on that I'll judge far more harshly. My favourite ticker did a PP just recently under market after we retraced back from a nice run up. Some didn't like it. I certainly didn't love it haha, but I disagreed fullstop with it being ripping us off because of how tiny the offering is (with explanation what it was for). The point is if that company really wanted to pillage us the offering would have been much larger.
Again I'm new here. Yeah that sounds a little much, and could be part of a pattern. But they are profitable and trading under asset value so from that standpoint it is the definition of a value investment . Thank you for your reply. I also understand the frustrations of longer term shareholders . Even mine that ended up turning out I had started buying much higher, and I was like who are these people to get in 50-70% cheaper lol. I don't dive in blind or attach emotion to investments . I have good profits from other plays and was looking for somewhere to put some. This is one of those places. It's local to me, it's all the points I've repeated lol, it's not far from bottom after it's beat down , I thoroughly enjoyed smoking their product , and they are low volume and underexposed. Im sure they've made some mistakes and even some questionable decisions . For me at this price it's a good risk reward. 50-100k max (just 20k so far as I see which direction it goes short term) and set a sell for half at double. Thanks again for your reply
