RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:HOW Dude, we were off to such a great start then you had to go all doomsday lol. Lmfao! How exactly would they "take down my reputation"? Lol . I run 2 companies and they both have great reputations (as do I as their owner). If you somehow meant my "stock reputation" that also makes no sense. I've said nothing pumpy nor have I made any price predictions or timelines. What makes this a value investment (at least at the moment) is the limited downside risk due to its trading under asset value while also being profitable .
No need to refute or unable too? Exactly when did you think the same?? Was it in the years leading up to legalization when sales weren't even possible and price was much higher than today? Or was it at the beginning of legalization when price was a little lower but they weren't making any money yet? One can't think "exactly the same" at a completely different time. Well I guess they could , but that wouldn't make any sense because circumstances (and revs ) weren't the same.
was the dillution needed? Honestly no idea , but what's this claim of "below market "? Lol. All dilution is done below market . Why would someone put a bunch of money into a company at market to have their shares restricted for 4 months ? There has to be an incentive . Again I have no idea if said dilution was needed or not , but I've noticed that many times what a shareholder sees as needless only highlights that they themselves have never started their own new business. I'm not saying that's the case here or with you but it is often the case. Again we are sitting at 90 ish million shares (140 fully diluted?). Have you seen the share structures of most companies (especially small caps?). They may in fact end up being shady as hell, but with so few shares I'll have to stop short of accepting they are "looting the company" .
One should always take anything they read online with a grain of salt. However your attitudes make zero sense. Contrary to the cries of pumpers and bashers everywhere, most heroes do wear capes. Very few shareholders are out "to save people". I have zero idea why , even with heavy unrealized losses, one would stay invested in a company they have no hope of ever going up in price. At the same time if I had some hope, I'd never incessantly bash the company I did think had a chance of recovering (especially in such a transparent and absurd manner).
While I can't be certain, it definitely sounds a lot more like you guys have an agenda. That agenda could be anything from hoping to suppress the price for gain or even just jealous butthurt (if I didn't make money here I don't want anyone else doing so). I honestly don't know. I also don't really care lol. Heck I may even end up being wrong about this company. So what? It happens. Either way my mistake will be less than yours since I only discovered and bought into this company at a value level.
I'll ask one more time. Is anything I said about the company wrong?
1. is it trading below asset value?
2. Have they made a profit?
3. Do they only have a small amount of debt?
4. Do they have a very small share structure?
5. Do they have a low cost to produce quality bud?
6. Is that bud quality? Trick question I was again high AF last night blazing Kalifornia
7. Are they expanding footprint?
8. Are they expecting to receive their retail license improving per gram margins?
This back and forth circle jerk provides nothing of value to the board. I prefer to stick to facts and leave emotion out of any decisions involving money. From now on I'll only respond to fact based comments (or ones that are funny AF). There's a simple ignore function that has an amazing way of clearing garbage off a board
