Lotus

Lotus

Can lotus survive ?
From the public record :
1. Auditor resigned. Disclosed in a form but not formally announced. No replacement.

2. Lawsuit from ex Chair of Board. In response Dale says he intends to settle it. Lawsuit if you dig in and find it is legitimate.

3. Losses are almost same amount as revenues last release. Debts to CRA are large and unpaid.

4. Governance has been non- existent and in breach of securities laws and directors duties for years.

If an investor can conclude the above from the public record how long until it gets de-listed? How long until CRA demands? How long until litigation buries them ? How long before rest of board quits ? How long until key people leave ? How much longer does this company have ?

shareholder value destruction under one person, Dale, has been staggering to witness. I'm ex shareholder got out aroubd double digit range. Sell into any bid if you can.
