Stock is 1 cent. Market cap of $800,000 is still over-valued with Dale at helm. No auditor. Ex Chairman litigating .  CRA unpaid. Results truly are trash. No urgency to fix what's wrong. Take voting control by grabbing more than 25-30 % additional dilution with a stroke of an pen exchanging unpaid accrued wages & directors fees for voting control to entrench themselves.  ...more

It's complicated: a) insolvency is state of not being able to pay debts when due in normal course. Lotus is insolvent right now by any legal & accounting definition b) insolvency is either voluntary or involuntary c) under CCAA or BIA. d) if it's involuntary a judgement in favor of any creditors could be the trigger , to enforce collection, that a trustee is appointed to sell or ...more
