Now, as the CEO of online gaming leader Kings Entertainment Group (JKPT:CSE), Budin is following the same approach of embracing the next generation of interconnectivity.
On February 8th, $JKPT.C announced its intent to research and develop strategies for entry into the Metaverse. The company has signed an agreement with a leading global digital asset investment and capital markets advisory firm, offering deep blockchain expertise and a network of recognized Metaverse experts.
In preparation for this exciting expansion, $JKPT has secured a soon-to-be-announced URL and is actively exploring purchase options in the virtual Vegas City area of Decentraland; where a plot of virtual land sold for the equivalent of US$2.4 million last November.
King’s has already taken the initiative of creating an internal division responsible for Metaverse initiatives, with the goal of leading the global game industry into this new universe.
Shares of $JKPT.C are up over 8% since mid-week trading at $.395, and the company is currently valued at an MCAP of $27.04 million.
