He is a Director with many shares, he also was given 250,000 options in Feb. He paid double for the shares and may have good reason for selling them, who knows perhaps he was afraid when she dropped.
Whatever the case I don't have much to lose as I bought 100000 at .03 over the last couple of days and a little while ago today bought 20000 more with 5000 still on board at .03.
I have 100000 in a .02 and cash for some more if I see a green light. No place for it to go really as 100% of the shares other than the PP were purchased for more than the .03, so any sellers are losing. I will stay for a while.
