This volume is actually low compared to what it can doThere are few eyes on this now. If it announces these deals look OUT! Last time it did 5 million volume on just the MOU. The LOI with numbers should do way more. IMO most people including myself had written LIB off but if they come through on this WOW. And right now I think they are going to. They have cash in the bank and are ready to go.
I compare to MGW because they are in CALI and look at their chart. They ran to almost a dollar. LIB has the added benefit of having ANOTHER LOI coming and if this one gets done I think the Oakland one will too. So 2 x MGW.
