This is quite good news for North Road, because as we all know, they are THIS close to getting the distribution license, and they were in the security and final review phase.
Not to mention, if you read that email, the last PP said they were going to use that capitol for general working, new ventures, and finally upgrades to NR and JK.
This likely is going to save them a bit of cash that they can now use to fill the vault or perhaps explore more opportunities. Every little bit helps.
Not to mention, did you guys see how the asks got pulled and, at least at close there is only 5k shares back up to .8. There was also a nice 100k order at .75. Let's hope we stay at .8 and that 100k order bumps us up back to the lower .80s.
