That’s not how the license works. Processing would have to be carried out at JK facility. They have no room of any kind of scale nor any equipment there to process anything from what would need to be another licensed grower. It’s all bull$hit. They need to get plants in the grow rooms and get to growing quality product to start churning revenue.

You can create a JV as it’s an agreement to swap cash for future revenues. The entity would be at JustKush, the difference is you’re agreeing to a revenue split for cash to seed equipment.
