I agree with you Mercedes

In fact, I would like to know exactly what each of the following have done during the past 12 months:
  • CEO
  • COO
  • CFO
  • Chairperson
  • Directors
Each should be accountable and prove their worth.

As shareholders, we can exercise our rights and elect and appoint Directors and more.

I have yet to see any voting options from previous Annual Meetings.

Anyone have any info on this?

As far as I know Stan Lis is working full time and witout him this company is dead. He was responsible for bringing this deal to LLP. He has very good contacts in Poland, can easily communicate with his business partners in Poland but in my opinion he is trying to do too much himself. He is not a business person. He is a good promoter and he should concentrate on promotion but not on running the ...more
