CONFIRMED - Newlox is NOT green - Using Cyanide in Projects!Ok, now I just feel sorry for you.

You obviously have an problem with comprehension. Is there someone else with you to help you understand the question?  The answer you provided was indeed an answer, but not an answer to the question I asked. I asked you for evidence that Newlox had admitted to using “cyanide” in any recent literature or disclosure statements.

Can you get your mom or your aid to help you understand that simply stating that they use "Merrill Crowe" as an electrowinning step in their process is not the same as admitting they use cyanide. Maybe you should erase your answer and try again or maybe phone a friend.

I will type slowly so you can understand… show me evidence that Newlox openly admits to the public that they are using cyanide and not an eco-friendly fictional alternative. Their literature and disclosure ommits any reference to cyanide and as such, how would any investor know otherwise.

PS: Contrary to your claims and elementary attempts at fact deflection, Merrill Crowe is notcyanide process. It is simply an electrowinning or electroplating step in the extraction process of metals from an aqueous solution. Electrowinning is not exclusive to cyanide and there are many other options to extract gold from solution, including standard plate and EMEW electrowinning, precipitation and ION exchange resins.

I think Its time to point out the obvious. Newlox may have deliberately omitted (withheld) key material information from the investing public. In legal terms this is called “exclusionary detailing” or “lying by omission”.

Lie by Omission Law and Legal Definition - A lie of omission is an intentional failure to tell the truth in a situation requiring disclosure. - Definitions.uslegal.com

Thanks for your admissions and confirmations, the time in your head, your entertaining and uneducated discourse, and of course, your assistance in drawing attention to this potentially negligent or fraudulent misrepresentation by lie of omission. Your poorly postured defense of Newlox in this matter could make you complicit in this potential action. (eat your hat)
