Audited financials delayed again

Audited financials delayed againJust like last year.  To suggest that management is subpar here would be an understatement imo.
Wonder if the stock will get halted again for a couple of weeks like last year.
The CEO reminds me of a highschool student who just can't seem to complete his homework lol.  This isn't a huge operation and much of the filings in past years are just cut and pastes from previous filings.  Time for some leadership.  Maybe pay some of those strange 'consulting fees' to a capable accountant?
