Audited financials delayed again

Just like last year.  To suggest that management is subpar here would be an understatement imo.
Wonder if the stock will get halted again for a couple of weeks like last year.
The CEO reminds me of a highschool student who just can't seem to complete his homework lol.  This isn't a huge operation and much of the filings in past years are just cut and pastes from previous filings.  Time for some leadership.  Maybe pay some of those strange 'consulting fees' to a capable accountant?

The Company reports that the audit is progressing and the Company expects to file the Annual Financial Filings by 11 September 2023.

How does the CEO even still have a job?  If his salary is anything above $50k he is being very overpaid.  All just my opinion of course.
