From Note 1 of the Audited Financial Statements:
"During the year ended March 31, 2023, the Company incurred a net loss of $2,271,237 and as at March 31, 2023, the Company had a working capital deficit of $2,495,346 and an accumulated deficit of $13,143,028. The Company’s ability to continue its operations and to realize assets at their carrying values is dependent upon its ability to raise financing and generate profits and positive cash flows from operations in order to cover its operating costs. These factors indicate the existence of a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern."
