Merger with Westblock Global and PP

Merger with Westblock Global and PPAmidst the Crypto mania this looks like a good deal for LUXX. WestBlock is run by a smart group out of Calgary and has mining and coin assets. Along with the PP I expect much higher prices and more activity.
