RE:Grow Facility
hi RB, I have a Bianchi, my daughter a Canondale, I agree the press releases can and have been somewhat confusing for Shareholders, that said, the Licencing stages that have been used in "the past" by Traders as a way to "predict" when a facility will become licensed have changed and in June I believe health Canada contacted all applicants and requested an ETA on each growers Sq. Footage, Vault size & annual production expectations. The 7 steps of the licensing process have been changed to 4 steps and firms are no longer given a Ready to Build or a Prelicence inspection, once a applicate has a facility ready to begin production, the facility owner (applicant) is required to contact HC and request a inspection date, HC will then once Satisfied immediately issue a Production license, then, another change is when the facility owner feels they have grown, & self tested (I would hope), and filled the Vault with sufficient supplys to sell, HC will be contacted and asked to inspect and test the grown product and when is satisfied will issue a sales license. Now there have been many changes over the years and I believe that annual re-inspections are required instead of six months inspections. So unless it has changed, this Press release issued in July states that True Leaf facility will be complete in April of 2018, which should give them 3 months of (medical ) sales, or one full crop prior to Recreational Marijuana beening legalized, True Leaf is about getting well not getting high, but I am sure most people will be self perscribing rather than getting a doctor to write a embarrassing script (prescription). I would think that 6 months is required prior to April to grow two crops which puts us in November when HC will be asked to view the compleated facility and give the A-OK. Of course I am just guessing and it could be earlier (or later) but I do know it will not happen until True Leaf makes the request and we know 1,000% that it will happen prior to December 31st when the 40 acres will be purchased in full. Every person with the ability to purchase a marijuana stock in 2017 is going to look back and regret that they didn't, yes there are many that have morel believes against getting rich from an illegal substance, well True Leaf is about getting well not getting high and Medical and soon Recreational Marijuana is going to be 100% legal for ages ( tobe announced federally 18+). True Leaf Medicines licence is Imminent. Could be this week, this month, next month, next month (November) is my grandmothers 103 birthday and I will be going to Vernon so will be able to provide a first hand update on the progress of the Facilities construction. Is there not any Shareholders from Vernon or at least the interior here that can provide a update? Bullish candelstick signal today ... retracement from the days low means the Bulls have control of the stock (not the Bears). Who would sell 8 months prior to legalization? Day trade another stock to build your position in True Leaf [ like I did ;-) ] [all the cards are in Darcy's hand's, not Health Canadas, HC has been issued a mandate from its employer (Justin Trudeau and the Liberals) to License sufficient facilities to meet the demand July 1, 2018 and HC wants as few as possible so a million Sq foot facility expansion of a "Licensed grower" will be fast tracked and approved forthwith. https://www.stockhouse.com/news/newswire/2017/07/19/final-stage-for-a-cannabis-production-licence
