RE:True Leaf Dog House about to tip over ..... hope not so
Sad but true... The asset is too small for any kind of production significant enough to cashflow out of this hole. Even with an extraction license, they don't have equipment that I am aware of ,(someone please correct me if I am wrong), I did some DD on the site and building , being on a flood plain, that's a concern, I have some Intel and from my perspective, DD on the sale and leaseback would be a tough hurdle IMHO . Would also be worthwhile to see if all of the trades and contractors have been paid as well... I can't say either way, but a trusted colleague of mine told me to look into purchasing the property, I'll sit tight and see how things go...the land, location and other factors don't work for my appetite. There is definitely a future for this industry but it's not an easy road ... Disclosure- I am not an investor, and have been on the sidelines after being at a few of DB'S presentations I thought it could be a good story, but it ain't happening...
