Revisions to True Leaf movie script...

Revisions to True Leaf movie script... True Leaf …. More possible additions to the movie script.
Thanks to all who have suggested some revisions and additions.  Refer to last post for initial script and now add these revisions. …
So.. some of the shareholders are now thinking they may have been sold snake oil, but it was Oil of Oregano.  Meanwhile, back at the True Leaf dog hut in Lumby, vested parties ponder how to monetize that priceless Canada Cannabis licence.  Share price plummets to levels that will attract a takeover event.  Let’s throw in some BC characters who have cash and have been kindly asked to stop laundering money in the BC casinos, and who also think cannabis should save the people of BC and beyond.  Remember for now this is just fiction writing.  So the BC saviour company, who includes someone added  who can pass the Criminal Check head up on the Harleys to visit .  Ah, nope too cold, make that an armoured SUV.   Step one is ensure all creditors are relaxed and pacified and no one jumps in to bankrupt the company and collapse the beloved cannabis licence.  This new group make an offer to the USA boyz, who take it and quickly exit home. New BC boyz ensure they are now the top secured creditor lined up at True Leaf wreckage.  Next comes the game plan on how to secure enough shares to take control of the company and in return gain the assets, a grow op ready to legally produce and that sacred cannabis licence.  Maybe start with the CEO who holds a massive chunk of shares.  CEO to save the business for Lumby agrees to his million or so bucks payment for his shares, and heads of into sunset for next exciting doggy adventure.  Directors also realize/convinced  in many ways it may be time to move on and  sell their shares.  Now the tricky part, how to get the little shareholder to part with enough shares to get a majority control?  Money talks and luckily in this script I decided the new party has plenty of cash to move since they were banned from casinos.  True Leaf is saved, and privatized and remaining shareholders paid out at fair value of the True Leaf land and building.  Remember the licence cannot be sold or transferred for monetary gain.  But if it sits in True Leaf, now regenerated by this new band of super heroes, the licence likely is good. New owners add a nice club house next door on the spare land. Lumby is happy that a more viable form of True Leaf has emerged, and secure employment goes on.  New guys not too keen on dogs, except for pit bulls.  End of story.  Tip: This writer never had any shares of True Leaf …. Could see this possible story evolving years ago.  Hint: History repeats itself.  Fact or Fiction ?  Stay tuned for what True Leaf will divulge ….
