TL Crowdfunding round 2

Didn't they do one of these a few years back at $0.70 a share? Anyone jumping on on this round?

After a little more DD on this one, the last crowd funding was prior to the 1 for 9 share rollback, so the $14M in $0.70 shares are actually $6.30 cost under the new share structure. That is a stretch for the early shareholders to get their money back at this point. I'll watch and see where this goes for now before getting on board.

Yes and their plan to subdivide the property and sell to Micro growers a one acre  lot for 400k is a pipe dream, most  Micros cant even afford to lease a 2000 sq ft warehouse never mind buy the land and build a facility and equipe it, thats a 1.5 - 2 million investment. PASS.
