Investors should run!

Investors pay close attention to True Leafs Financial Statements as of June 30,21. Run!!!

Assets - $5.4M
Liabilities - $5.5M
Equity - (85k).....

The shareholder deficit now sits at ($37.5M)....when will people learn.

With less than $200k in the bank this company will go bankrupt for the second time in less than two year here shortly! Good job management, you've definitely earned your ongoing salary at the behest of the poor shareholders.

Management and Board should all resign and hang their head in shame.

Sketchy , so they were 400 k behind in property tax  , they get a 1 m advance from new mortgage and have 300 k left to service the property's they already have for sale. 300 k will get them about 40 meters of road, sewer and storm, so they probably will run out of money before they can even subdivide 1 lot off.Even if they do sell this lot it won't cover the expenses and tax's ...more

Totally agree with "Proceeds".  Investors best to stay far far away from this continuing disaster.  Who would buy industrial land that is in a known flood plain?  Environmental assessments also need to confirm that no toxic soils present from historic activity on the land such as chemical treatment of power poles. The fact that True Leaf has to pay loan shark levels of ...more
