I think the most important thing this is causing is it sends a signal to the investing public that the insiders have no confidence in the company. I shake my head because we all see the information on the public web sites like Headset, the OSC, Hibuddy and the others that charge a fee for the info. They all show this companies beverages are doing gang busters with ever increasing market share. You would think the insiders would be jumping at the chance to have as many options as possible not cash. Oh well we shall see what happens at the AGM.
