Consulting Fees

they are talking about all the fees and wages over on CEO.ca, lol you can sure tell who is likely working for the company. First let me say you never ever see consulting fees paid to insiders. This is something new to fleece the coffers I guess. So this for the last reporting period. Audet got $47,250.00 for facility costs and another $27,000.00 for a tank rental + a large chunk for consulting fees which for the insiders came to $193,000.00 for the Q. Oh then we can't forget the cost per unit of production charged, what was that? Think about that and they say they didn't pay any debt off, REALLY !!!!!! Can't forget the wages for the Q of $160,000.00 !!!!!!!!  The AGM is coming we shall see what the shareholders think of this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh by the way remember I said I did some research into outsourcing the production. Well we can do it for half of what is paid now, no tank rental, no facility fees, no consulting fees, no astronomical wages for a startup company. AGM!!!!!

This is the norm for these micro caps """ options for insiders "" ...more

I think something like this is better left to the courts to decide which is which. I think the most important thing this is causing is it sends a signal to the investing public that the insiders have no confidence in the company. I shake my head because we all see the information on the public web sites like Headset, the OSC, Hibuddy and the others that charge a fee for the info. They all show ...more
