RE:It is taking too long for the filings.Yup at present I would tell people to stay away until everything is resolved. I have learned over the years you never buy and hold a micro cap stock you trade in and out to build what you want. When finnished you have free shares as you have taken your initial investment out. With this company they have some of the best beverages on the market but the insider fleece has caused the shareprice to dive when it should be trading with the valuations the rest are, around 40 cents for this one and ready to blast off with strong financials. Instead what do we see, delayed financials a deleted team page and no communication from the company and what looks like almost impossible to attract working capital. There is likely only one positive I see and that is they are most likely cash flow positive because of the substantial increase of sale being seen by all beverage companies at present, if they are not taking that money as consutant fees that is.
