The Cost Of these Consultants Fees

The Cost Of these Consultants FeesWe will assume 1 million in total cosultant fees where given in the past 12 months ( the exact number will be seen in the year end financials ). The following is why these fees where so important. On average the pot companies in this industry turn their money over every 41 days or 9 times per year. Gross sales is what ever the company is selling their product to the venders at. In the case of this company they said they sell their beverages at $3.65 per unit and their imput coasts ( materials ) where 71 cents. So if they had not paid themselves those consultant fees they could have had maybe 500 grand to turn over at first ( 100,000,000 - 500,000 for bills = 500k ) So their gross sales would be for the first turn around 500k X $3.65 = $1,845,000 in 41 days. Now take that number and do it again then again until the 9 times is compete. You then see the possible gross sales for the past 12 months ( just an estimate ). Here is the rub, with those two taking all the working capital out of the coffers there is very little money to turn over or fill orders for that matter. You see now why those consultant fees matter !!!!!!!!!!!
