Consulting fees

Went through the financials again to see what their working capital looks like, The consulting fees are  off the charts for a micro cap and get this the ""CEO"" gets consulting fees. When have you ever seen a CEO get 10 grand a month in """""CONSULTING FEES""""" plus a wage !!!!!!!! These clowns are milking this company dry with consulting fees, last quarter alone they took over 250k, money drasticly needed for working capital. Money needed right now because they are at their inflection point today not last week or a month ago or two weeks from now but right now. Based on my scans today they do not have enought working capital to produce enough product to satisfy orders, they took all the money in consulting fees. ONE MASSIVE RED FLAG JUST WENT UP !!!!!!!!!!!

Here is the working capital issues in the Canadian pot business. Most public or private businesses have a working capital turnaround time of less than 30 days so duing a quarter the company could turn its cash flow over three times. When your dealing with govs that turnaround time is atleast 90 days sometimes up to 120 days. Hence the cash flow turnaround is once per quarter in this pot busness so ...more

now that we know they do not have enough working capital on hand the next question is. What are they going to do when HC announces the changes to the per visit purchase amounts for beverages? What are they going to do when a store or the gov sites order ten times the amount they now order because of this rule change?  This rule change is going to drop at any time any day now!
