Sales of beverages accross Canada increased by 0.208% of the total pot sales in the first week after the rule change. If this rate of increased sales continues week after week then we can expect to see beverage sales of aprox 12% of total pot sales by years end. I suspect we will see some substanital swings in beverages sales when we get close to the prime summer months. It's going to be interesting to see what the real total percentage beverage sales will enjoy at years end. Will keep a close eye on overall average weekly increases. This type of data is huge for pure beverage plays.

In my opinion I think we will likely see amybe an average weekly increase of beverage sales of the total pot sales somewhere between 0.1% per week to 0.2% per week on average until we get into the summer months. The explosion will happen then as the months get hotter and the summer parties start. I'm thinking as much as a 1/2% increase per week for a few months maybe as many as four months ...more
