We shall see soon if the exchange will let them off the hook and let them keep trading. You never know with this exchange, they let companies do what they want regardless of regulations. One thing is for certain the end of year audited financials would need to come out along with Q4 and Q1 of 2023 all at once is they don't make them put out the unaudited Q4 now that is.
