No Material Change March 31st. This is done.
Have come to the painful realization that we were played and my investment in MLCL is now dust. Hope somebody holds the BOD and Management team accountable. A fine will just be paid from the money they took out of the company as consultants fees. The shareholders are now BAGHOLDERS. I surely hope "karma" kicks in. What goes around comes around. You will get yours!

stop being such a crybaby ... you get on Dart's back about being repetitive - look at you! haha I feel bad if you lost money - but that's the penny stock game - don't invest money you can't afford to lose
