What I think happened is they missed play their hand , we asked about PP , you heard the answer
They got rid of some big salaries " creating enemies " those peeps had cheap shares and were in the money , they sold brought the price down , warrants never got exercised .
I think they let go someone with good Industry experience that work for Metrum
It's clear they didn't know the license was coming , or they would have handled the PP differently .
Once the dumping was held , the market was able to properly value the company , that's why the uptick started ? And maybe the license leak ?
Just a theory , who knows .
I do know these stocks are going to rocket this fall.
