The Jamaican Job $CROP

The Jamaican Job $CROP

The Jamaican Job

A Michael Yorke Story

Crop Infrastructure Corp: July 31, 2018

“announces it has entered in to a joint venture agreement whereby the company has a 49% interest in a zero-cost lease of a 217,000 sq. foot property ideally situated for future Cannabis production and extraction. The Five acres of prime agricultural land has been secured in the Westmoreland Parish, some of the most fertile land in Jamaica. The company is in the process of identifying a suitable tenant licensee for the project. The company plans to license the brand, ‘Hempire Jamaica’ to the tenant and has acquired the domain www.HempireJamaica.com.”

World Farms: February 27, 2019

announced today it has entered into a purchase and sales agreement with World Farms Corp. to divest its interests in CROP Jamaica and XHemplar S.R.L in Italy for CAD$2,000,000 worth of equity in World Farms Corp.

CROP will be retained as advisors in relation to research and development in plant science.

The investment comprises of 10,000,000 common shares in World Farms Corp (‘WFC’). and represents a 19% ownership interest in WFC for CROP.” … CEO, World Farms Arthur Griffiths “We’re excited to continue where CROP has left off with assets now in South Africa, Italy and Jamaica. World will bring additional value by leveraging our 1,000,000 square feet of greenhouse canopy in South Africa for the eventual importation of cannabis & hemp products into Italy and Jamaica. Our objective is to supply the world with organic hemp and cannabis.”

World Farms: Updated Project On Their Website For Jamaica

Location

Westmoreland Parish, Jamaica

Size

5 acres

Brands

Hempire Jamaica

Construction Status

Application

Planned

4 acres for production, 12,000 square foot extraction facility

Antler Retail:

“Antler currently has three locations in British Columbia, California, and Jamaica — intending to expand internationally to ten locations by the end of 2019.”

In conclusion, I think that Michael Yorke has made a magnificent play here by owning 19% stake in Worlds Farms so they can sell their cannabis from their 1M sqft canopy space in South Africa. Most of which will be branded under Crop’s partner brand Hempire. With the new partnership with Antler retail. There is a possibility we could see Hempire & Crop grown, Antler Branded products in Antlers Jamaican stores. Meaning we would be seeing imports from two different companies while Crop makes a profit it on it all.
