CANADA HOUSE WELLNESS GROUP ANNOUNCES CFO TRANSITION AND APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CFO
Paul Hart has left Canada House Wellness Group Inc. to pursue other opportunities. The Company's current Financial Controller, Ms. Peili Miao, CPA, CGA, has been appointed interim CFO of Canada House effective immediately.
Ms. Miao, a Charted Professional Accountant, joined the company as Financial Controller in October 2019 with 15 years prior experience in progressive finance roles, including as CFO of a TSXV listed mining company. Ms. Miao has been intimately involved in all the Company's finance and accounting matters over the past 18 months. The Company expects a seamless transition and will report earnings results for the three- and nine-months ending January 31, 2021 by March 31, 2021.
The Company thanks Mr. Hart for his dedication and service as CFO over the past three years and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
