RE:Still hope….?The reasons for delays in the reverse merger are numerous but probably the biggest one is the purchaser can't source the funding from a lending institution or the vendor (CHV) has been shown during the due diligence phase to have liabilities that cause the purchaser to delay or even walk away.

WHenever a corporate merger is delayed, unless subject to regulatory approval of govt like an environmental assessment that every one is waiting on, then there is a problem, like lack of financing, a skeleton found in the closet during the due diligence phase.  Something has gone wrong in my humble opinion.  I have no direct knowledge but my guess is something along these lines.

As for shareholders of CHV, it doesnt look good at all.  Maybe you will get new stock in the purchasers company, but it will not be one for one, but maybe ten cents on the dollar or other big writedown.
