A few days ago Element Nutritional Sciences Inc. ($ELMT.c $ELNSF) announced that it closed a short form prospectus offering raising $3.5M gross in exchange for the issuance of 14,000,000 common $ELMT shares at a price of $0.25/share.
$ELMT has been down since this news, presenting a good opportunity IMO to buy the dip.
Personally, I think in the long run this capital raising will benefit $ELMT and its shareholders alike as the proceeds will be used for marketing expenses, research and development and general working capital (all things which can help grow the company).
Today $ELMT is down 12.5% @ $0.21 which is quite undervalued in my opinion considering the proven effectiveness of $ELMT's proprietary nutraceutical products.
