Stock Options Granted? If you have'nt figured this out yet let me help you out. 3 million plus stock options granted at $.05 to insiders to "leverage option based compensation as a key incentive tool"? So far management has done nothing b ut line their pockets with continuous pump and dump stratagies. This is another such move, 600,000 more free trading shares when options approved at $.05 means easy money to those in the game, 900,000 six months from then and the rest in a year all at $.05. I will say that I am truley impressed with their ability to move this POS up so as to unload their cheap stock, but that is the only thing impressive here. Just my opinion.
