Currently as many know the ongoing battles in Chile are underway and of course you will have one sided information attempting to sway the investors position when the heat is turned up. Currently the Former President of Chile Ricardo Lagos was ordered to appear before the Supreme Court last week on Thursday and Friday along with Kevin Atkinson Tear and both parties were a no show. The fact that a Former President and a loyal member of the other side Mr. Atkinson Tear neglected to show up in the Supreme Court by order further suggests that investors need to hear the whole story not one sided only. I believe the other side speaks for itself as far as the claims that have been libeled against them which can be seen at protestbarrick sites around the world, with a tremndous amount of outcry of those impacted and for those who are no longer with us.
