RE: JCN Capital Corp

RE: JCN Capital Corpwhat does JCN stand for? the  PP in Nov was w a group at 800-1199 West Hastings , where WestMark Tax resides and the Jackson group. That PP also paid $147,497 to Essos Corp, run by Van Rowell who also took down 800K shrs. Now Van Rowell is a dude who has been in a # of the PPs's for the group out of 800-1199 W Hastings. A lot of the names on that sheet are all intertwined. Which can be good and bad some days. It all depends I guess on what Justin Liu, Cam Paddock, Danilen Villanueva, Von Rowel, Jackson, A Venier, M Venier, R Venier, Richard Grieve, Usama Chaudry, Konrad Lichtenwald , Anne Tollstam ( to name a few in the Form 9)  are all feeling towards thier new investment. One thing appears to me , is that since Torres got $147K of the  $167K paid in fees for the PP, he got most of the checks in for this deal. So he has a lot friends whose  26cent placement( 2:1 consolidated)  , which was free trading in March(?) might have gone back into the next one in or is still waiting for that Taylor exploration program it was intended for. Best to start calling management and see if they have some plans for the $5MM they raised in the past 8 months and how it can best be used ( didnt mean on paying for the shared office space either  LOL)
