RE:RE:Do you think tonight's vote will have SP impact? That is the question of the century....what impact will the vote(s) have on the industry? Our opinion is that full recreational use of MJ in five more states, especially in California will open up a national and international push for full REC legalization. Canada is coming next spring, Medicinal is fully legal with online distribution in Canada. The licensed producers are all ramping up production anticipating full Rec legislation in the spring. What does this all look like? There are many variables but first movers are going to be advantaged and have the open blue sky potential. I really like Canopy and OrganiGram, CGC is the gorilla and OGI is the Orgorilla (Organic).
I believe New Age is on to a very viable business, and depending on how the profit shares and fees are structured, this may be a fantastic business going forward. Turn key grow facilities for stranded or capital constrained grow op license holders. If the market cap was 50 million, I would feel much more cautious, but at this market cap, wow, you just don't see this very often, and with revenues and new tenant agreements coming on?
Giddy up, this vote is paramount and the world is watching this, don't kid yourselves. The taxation, legal, health and safety, and other benefits are massive. About time the hippies can stop feeling like criminals and the health benefits and research can be leveraged up.
This is sector is just going into bloom in my opinion.
Cheers, Flow
