Appreciate the kindness, it is always hard to share ideas/prospective investments with others without coming across as a shameless or often classless pumper. I have definitely had some good companies get recommended via the bullboards, and I'll usually look at most plays, but often they don't pass the smell test. NF has such a low market cap that it was pretty obvious that even a monkey running the show could make this fly with some revenues.
Time will tell if NF is the real deal, sorry pumpers, I hate to burst your Shoppers pump, but it is a 2% chance at best lol. But if they can actually get the revenues in and build their lease tenants out this could be a major upside play. If not, at least take some profits on the way up and let the rest fly.
There are certainly way worse companies out there valued way higher and with poorer plans in play.
