I think I heard somewhere that it is going to sell for 1250/lb which works out to 78/oz. This is well under the going street rate, and I would agree that the black market would suffer. I think it depends on how much, if any, the government will allow individuals to grow as well. I live in the tobacco belt in S.O. and I don't see many people running into tobacco feilds and making their own, even with cigarettes @ 10.00 a pack.
