Why don't insiders buy? If this "reverse split" took place for the benefit of the shareholders then where is the "good news"? How come we have not woken up to a surge in shareprice followed by a massive insider purchase? I'll tell you why.. It's because this company that used to be called New Age Farms didn't even do a damn thing. The old ceo dumped his shares on the high and hit the road before fulfilling his business obligation. For those few that bought a ton of shares during the hype, don't average down. And for those pumping this (because you want someone else to hold the bag of cr*p please stop). This company has done nothing but create financial stress for many people. I've lost 5k on this gamble. And that's exactly what it was for me.. just a gamble. The current share price is way overvalued and the reverse split was a horrible idea. Again, for those considering averaging down please don't. 90% chance you're going to loose. Now come on New Age Brands, prove us wrong. Buy some stock already? Pffttt.
