After the financing this week, two insiders have increased their ownership to 22.17% of this shell company according to statutory filings on Sedar:

David Steinepreis, London, England 
Jeremy Edelman, Claremont, Western Australia
Together they own almost half of the outstanding shares.

The last nuance of debt has been cleared from the balance sheet through the issuance of shares.
The stage is being set for an RTO or Special Acquisition.

These two insiders are still pouring money into this penny stock. After the latest financing, they own 13.8 million shares, representing 36.5% of the total outstanding. If this Rare Earth Element project takes flight, they also own millions of warrants exercisable at 7 cents, which will bring their combined total to 43.77% and put more money in the treasury.
