NCLR.c to raise up to $2M via private placements

Basin Uranium (NCLR.c BURCF) recently announced that it is having a non-brokered private placement of units priced at $0.17 for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000.


NCLR will be also completing a PP of flow-through shares for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000.


Currently, exploration is underway at NCLR's Mann Lake project and funds from the FT Private Placement will be used to expand its ongoing phase two drill program. 


NCLR will use proceeds from the Unit PP for exploration costs and development work on its Wray Mesa project.
