Whats going on with this stock?

One year ago this stock was trading over one dollar. It is down well over 80% and going lower. Its got the low float and a nice land package. Seems like there is internal factors playing out here.
Something is not adding up.

Good question, same with URNM (first uranium not the sprott etf), was $0.75 and now it went down to $0.06/share yesterday.
