I don't think it'd be a cash deal. Likely LAB &NFLD would be offered pro-rata equity stake in NFG It would be up to Sprott& NFG as to how the deal would be constructed

How much are the crossholdings between them? If they already have significant crossholdings I could see them merging otherwise I don't think any of them have the cash to buy the others.

NFG,LAB,NFLD wIll merge? NFG is already an investor in both LAB and NFLD and so Sprott and Crescat Thoughts? Asking the NFG &LAB boards as well
